So everyone's moved in, and I love the house, aside from the monster, woodland spiders. My room (well, my side of the room) is looking beyond fabulous, pics will be uploaded as it does count as an artistic endeavor. We are good about sharing food, terrible at cleaning up, and have already thrown an incredibly fun party to celebrate being back and so we could see all our friends.
First impressions of classes:
2D Composition: Seems amazing! We get to dabble in a million art forms, and mainly learn about the main principles, which I've always found to be the most interesting thing about art.
Intro to Communication: Seems like a class I'd like, I LOVE public speaking, I love anything where I get to talk, and everyone HAS to listen. Mwa-ha-ha. Also, how did this teacher major in communications? She could not explain things in order and was as dull as a class on fabrics. I would know.
Intro to Psychology: I generally love psychology, I think it's so interesting. Plus I'm eager to pass this class so I can take child psychology, which sounds even better. I do wish it wasn't a lecture because I'd like some more intimate discussion.
Education in a Democratic Society: Wth? So this class is basically like, let me tell you why your field of work is fucked up even though you can do nothing about it and miust work in it as is. I'm a very black and white person, so please don't make me feel like I'm a part of something that's wrong, or I might not want to be be a part of it even though I JUST changed majors.
Drawing 1: Straight forward drawing class, should be good. Also, in this class, my name is Jamal on Tuesdays. That's what I told the teacher during attendance and she just rolled with it even though I said I was kidding haha.
ALSO! I have to have a blog for school, so for super exclusive info on my life and to see my work from class (even though I'll post it here) go to: egitlin.wordpress.com/
